From drawing to delivered part.
Five steps. You take the first one. Price and lead time back within 24 hours, and from there GVEXA carries the responsibility all the way to delivery.

01
Send the drawing package
Email the drawing as PDF, STEP, DWG, DXF or IGES and state the quantity and when you need the part. A dimensioned PDF is enough to get started; a 3D file gives a faster and more accurate price.
Only have a sketch or a photographed dimension? Send it anyway. It is easier for us to say what is missing than for you to wait for a perfect package that never gets sent.
02
We read it and ask questions the same day
Your enquiry is read by a person, not by a ticketing system. If anything is unclear, a missing tolerance or an unspecified material, we come back the same day rather than guess.
This is the step where most misunderstandings would have started. Catching them here is cheaper than discovering them in a delivered box.
03
We review the drawing package
Geometry, material, tolerances and volume are reviewed against what can actually be produced at a sensible cost. You never see the work behind it. You see the price and the lead time.
This is also where a suggestion can come up: a material change or a tolerance adjustment that lowers the price without affecting the function.
04
You get price and lead time within 24 hours
One price and one lead time, in a single reply, within a day of the package arriving. No interpreting quotes from several suppliers.
If it is urgent, call and the enquiry gets prioritised.
05
We carry the responsibility to the end
On order, GVEXA handles material, machining, follow-up and delivery. If a part comes back wrong we raise the claim and get it rerun. You have one agreement, one contact and one invoice.
The practical difference shows when something deviates. You are not left standing between several parties pointing at each other.
What to include in the enquiry.
The more of this you have, the faster the price comes back. But do not wait for the list to be complete. Send what you have.
- Drawing
- PDF · STEP / STP · DWG · DXF · IGES. A dimensioned PDF is enough; a 3D file gives a faster and more accurate price.
- Quantity
- One-off, prototype batch or running series. Give both the trial volume and the intended series volume if you can, as they are priced differently.
- Material
- If it is specified on the drawing we follow it. If you are unsure we propose alternatives.
- Tolerances
- The critical dimensions are enough. Tight tolerances everywhere raise the price without improving the function.
- Surface finish
- Say whether the part is to be anodised, painted, zinc plated or delivered untreated.
- Timing
- When you need it, and whether there is a date that cannot be missed.
- Application
- What the part has to do. We can sometimes suggest a change that lowers the price without affecting the function, but only if we know what it sits in.
Unsure about any of this? Call +46 70 479 75 03 and we will go through it together. It takes five minutes and can save a good deal of time later.
